§ 153.36 EXCEPTION.
   (A)   In cases involving a subdivision of five lots or less, the Plan Commission may by majority vote of its membership waive the requirements for preparation of preliminary plats.
   (B)   The requirements of the chapter, insofar as designed, standards, specifications, required data on plats, and other procedural requirements may not be waived.
