§ 31.006 OPIOID SETTLEMENT FUND.
   (A)   I.C. 4-6-15 states that funds received from opioid litigation and settlements be maintained in funds with the following number and names:
      (1)   Fund 2256: Opioid Settlement Unrestricted; and
      (2)   Fund 2257: Opioid Settlement Restricted.
   (B)   The restricted portion is controlled by the settlement agreement, while the unrestricted portion may be spent in the same manner as money in a General Fund.
