§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 150.03 or I.C. 36-7-9-28 shall commit a Class C infraction for each day such violation continues.
