(A) Establishment of Building Code.
(1) The ordinance of the Board of Commissioners of the county known as the “Building Code of Marshall County, Indiana,” and denominated as “Ordinance No. 1980-2,” a copy of which is on file and available for public inspection and copying at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, be and hereby is adopted as an ordinance of the town, and herein by reference.
(2) All of the rules, regulations, and codes, as adopted by the Building Code of the county, shall be and hereby are adopted by reference as the rules, regulations, and codes concerning the construction and alterations of buildings and structures in the town.
