(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the terms of § 111.01 may be fined in any sum not exceeding $100 for any single violation hereof, and shall be subject to any appropriate civil action to enforce the provisions hereof.
