§ 110.01 SOLICITATION.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation either individually or by or through any agent, to solicit patronage, either by the sale of products or the furnishing of service, upon any of the streets or in any other public places within the incorporated town.
      (2)   It shall further be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, either individually or by or through any agent, to solicit patronage, either by the sale of products or the furnishing of service upon any of the streets or in any other public places within the incorporated town, without the person soliciting such patronage first procuring a license therefor.
   (B)   Any person desiring to solicit patronage in any private location in the town shall be required to make application to the Town Clerk-Treasurer for a license for such solicitation. The application for license shall set forth specifically the type of solicitation contemplated, including any goods or services to be sold or furnished, the price or prices to be charged, and the manner in which such goods or services are to be furnished or provided. The license fee for a license under this section shall be $100 per day, which sum shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town in advance with the filing of an application therefor.
