§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Failure to comply with § 94.01 shall result in the following penalties.
      (1)   For the first instance of violation of § 94.01, the violator shall be verbally warned by the first apprehending officer who shall then make a report of such first violation and to the effect that said individual has been found to be in violation of § 94.01.
      (2)   For the second instance of violation in any calendar year, the violator shall be fined in the sum of $25, and for each violation thereafter in such calendar year shall be fined additionally in the sum of $100 for each such violation.
      (3)   It is understood that any parent, guardian, or other custodial person shall be penalized in the same way as set out hereinabove for any minor child in their charge who violates § 94.01.

   (C)   Failure to comply with § 94.02 shall result in the following penalties.
      (1)   For the first instance of violation of § 94.02, the violator shall be warned in writing sent by regular U.S. Mail to the last known address of such violator and to the effect that they have been found to be in violation of § 94.02.
      (2)   For the second instance of violation of § 94.02 in any calendar year, the violation shall be fined in the sum of $25, and for each violation thereafter shall be fined in the sum of $100 for each violation.

   (D)   The penalty for failure to abide by § 94.03 shall be $50 for each occurrence.
