§ 90.23 TOWING AND STORAGE CHARGES.
   The Town Council shall establish, by ordinance, the charges allowed for towing and storage of abandoned and/or junked vehicles, which shall be filed with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and shall be available for public inspection at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
