The first alley west of Main Street between Park Avenue and North Street shall upon the passage of this ordinance be used only by vehicular traffic traveling south in such alley. The appropriate employee(s) is authorized to place appropriate signage in and about such alley directing users thereof of its one-way status from and after the passage of this schedule.
