§ 72.03 BICYCLE SEATS AND INFANT CARRIERS.
   A person riding a bicycle shall not ride other than upon a permanent and regular seat attached thereto, nor carry any passenger other than upon a firmly attached auxiliary seat, specifically designed for carrying infants. Not more than one infant carrier seat shall be permitted on a bicycle.
