§ 70.16 PEDESTRIAN USE OF CROSSWALKS.
   (A)   Pedestrians shall move, whenever practical, upon the right half of the crosswalks.
   (B)   No pedestrians shall cross a roadway at any place other than at right angles to the curb or by the shortest route to the opposite curb, except in a crosswalk.
