§ 54.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of § 54.01(E) shall be subject to a fine of not less than $5 for each separate offense.

      (2)   Any person who violates § 54.01(F) shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 for each separate offense.
