§ 52.065 WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMITS REQUIRED.
   All major contributing industries proposing to connect to or discharge into any part of the wastewater treatment system must first obtain a discharge permit. All existing major contributing industries connected to or discharging to any part of the town system must obtain a wastewater discharge permit within 90 days from and after the effective date of this chapter.
