§ 52.023 REMOVAL CREDITS.
   Where applicable, the town may elect to initiate a program of removal credits as part of this chapter to reflect the POTW’s ability to remove pollutants in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 403.7. The program of removal credits shall be explained in the wastewater permit of the user, as issued.
