(A) The town will enforce applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations. A discharger of industrial wastes shall meet the most stringent applicable standard in all cases.
(B) These standards are required to be met at the point of discharge from the industrial pretreatment system prior to mixing with any other wastestreams.
