(A) Any person violating any section provision, or who discharges or causes a discharge that produces a deposit or obstruction, or causes damage to the town’s wastewater disposal system, will be liable to the town for any expense, loss, or damage caused by the violation or discharge.
(B) The town will bill the discharger for the costs incurred for any cleaning, repair, or replacement work caused by the violation or discharge.
(C) Refusal to pay the assessed cost would constitute a violation enforceable under chapter provisions.
