§ 111.09 DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PERMIT.
   No license under this chapter shall be issued until the applicant therefor shall have first procured from the Department of Health a permit which shall show that the premises to be licensed are in a sanitary condition and that the equipment used in the storage, distribution or sale of beer complies with all the health regulations of this town and the state.
