§ 91.01 PERMIT FRANCHISE REQUIRED.

(A) No person shall make an excavation in any street, lane or alley, or remove any pavement or other material from any street or improvement thereon without first obtaining a permit from the Town Council.

(B) Nothing contained in this subchapter shall be construed to waive the franchise required for any person by the ordinances of this municipality or laws of the state.
