§ 152.149 CLUSTER SUBDIVISION APPLICATION AND APPROVAL PROCESS.
   A cluster subdivision application shall be made as a preliminary subdivision application and a final subdivision application, and is subject to review process and approval standards as provided by this chapter for a preliminary and final subdivision application.
