As required by the Act, the town is required to provide notice of all public hearings and public meetings for adoption or modification of this chapter, and at times when preliminary subdivision applications, final subdivision applications, applications for amendment to a recorded subdivision or application to vacate, alter or amend a street or alley are considered by the Commission or Council. The notice requirements of the town for public hearings and public meetings and required applicant notice regarding subdivision matters are provided by this subchapter.
