As the town does not employ a full-time professional engineer, the applicant for final subdivision application approval shall pay all costs incurred by the town for the provision of engineering services provided by a licensed engineer and appointed by Town Council, acting as the Town Engineer, necessary to review the final subdivision application materials, as required herein, for conformity to the requirements of this chapter and accepted engineering standards and practice.
