(A) It is the intent of this subchapter that the approval of a final subdivision application be a ministerial action by the Town Council, accompanied with findings of fact, and assuring compliance with all applicable requirements of this chapter and any conditions imposed by the Town Council for preliminary subdivision application approval.
(B) The Town Council shall consider the final subdivision application at a regular Town Council meeting, with notice of the final subdivision application agenda item being provided as required by this chapter and providing necessary applicant notice as required by § 152.133 of this chapter.
