§ 152.043 ZONING ADMINISTRATOR TO DETERMINE A COMPLETE APPLICATION.

Prior to considering a preliminary subdivision application, the Zoning Administrator shall determine and find that the preliminary subdivision application is complete and contains all preliminary subdivision application materials as required by this chapter.
