As the town does not employ a full-time professional engineer, the applicant for preliminary subdivision application approval shall pay all costs incurred by the town for the provision of engineering services, provided by a licensed engineer, and necessary to review the preliminary subdivision application materials, for conformity to the requirements of this chapter, other town ordinances and requirements and accepted civil engineering standards and practice.
