§ 152.027 CONSIDERATION AND EFFECT OF CONCEPT SUBDIVISION PLAN.

(A) The Planning Commission shall discuss the concept subdivision plan with the applicant at a Planning Commission meeting.

(B) The Planning Commission and the applicant may review the procedure anticipated for subdivision approval, application requirements, other applicable town, county, state and federal requirements, and any other matters deemed appropriate.
