§ 152.004 APPLICABILITY.
   Upon its adoption by the Town Council, and effective July 1, 2008, this chapter shall govern and apply to the subdivision of all lands lying within the municipal boundaries of Boulder Town, Garfield County, Utah (hereinafter the “town”).
