The Town Council (hereinafter the “Council”) adopts this chapter pursuant to the Act and all other authorities and provisions of state and federal statutory law, as applicable. This chapter constitutes a part of the Boulder Town Land Use Ordinance, as authorized and identified by the Act. Upon its adoption by the Council, this chapter shall amend Ord. 49, adopted March 5, 2003, such ordinance Ord. 41, adopted September 11, 1998.
