This chapter is established to promote the purposes of UCA Title 10 Chapter 9a, as amended (hereinafter the “Act”) and to provide for the orderly division of lands within the corporate boundaries of the town, to avoid incompatibilities in land use and to secure the provision and long-term maintenance of necessary infrastructure and services in an efficient and economical manner for existing and future residents.
