This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Boulder Town Subdivision Ordinance” and may be identified within this document as “the ordinance,” “this chapter,” “Subdivision Ordinance” or “Land Use Ordinance.” This chapter shall be considered and may be identified as a Boulder Town Land Use Ordinance, as defined by the Act.
