§ 54.05 RESPONSIBILITY OF CLERK-TREASURER.
   The City Clerk-Treasurer shall be responsible for receiving and depositing wastewater fees in the Wastewater Enterprise Fund and such fund shall be kept entirely separate and apart from all other funds of the city and no money shall be paid out of the same except by disbursements approved by the City Council.
