There shall be paid to the City Treasurer for the making of each inspection by the City Clerk of any gas piping, gas installations, gas fixtures and appliances, the following amounts: for the first appliance, $1.50; and for each additional appliance after the first $0.50. This fee shall be paid upon taking out permit required hereinbefore.
