§ 53.07 DISPUTE BETWEEN GAS UTILITY AND CONSUMER.
   Whenever there shall arise a dispute between a gas utility and a consumer relative to the safety of any installation or appliance, the matter shall be referred to the City Clerk who shall examine the same or cause it to be examined and make final determination thereon.
