§ 53.01 APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all installations, extensions, additions, alterations, maintenance and repairs of gas piping, equipment and appliances on a consumer’s premises from the outlet of the utility’s gas meter.
