§ 52.10 DISPOSAL SITE ATTENDANT.
   The City Council may hire an attendant, who shall have the authority of a Deputy Marshal, to supervise and regulate all dumping operations st said refuse disposal site, and who shall perform his duties subject to the direction of the City Clerk and the City Council.
