§ 51.06 PROPERTY AUTHORIZED FOR WELL USE BY PERMIT.
   A well permitted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and prior city ordinances may be used by an applicant applying for a permit pursuant to this chapter and its use is limited to the property listed on the application.
