§ 33.15 DISTRIBUTING OF REVENUES.
   (A)   All moneys received by the city from taxes levied for municipal and administrative purposes, from liquor licenses and from each and every license of every name, description and kind, granted by the said city, and the amounts of all fines and penalties received for the violation of ordinances and all moneys now on hand, not otherwise appropriated, and all other moneys not designated by law for any other fund, are hereby set aside for the current expenses of the said city, and are hereby placed in the respective funds hereinafter created, named and designated.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the City Treasurer upon the payment of any moneys into the city treasury from any of the sources set out in division (A) above, to place the same aside in the fund hereinafter designated, which said moneys are to be used solely in the payment of warrants drawn upon the said respective funds.
   (C)   The General Fund of the said city shall consist of all moneys received from taxes levied for the current fiscal year to defray the expenses of the Executive Department of the said city, and of all moneys received by the said city from liquor licenses, and from each and every license of every name, description and kind granted by the said city, and of all such other moneys as may from time to time bo transferred to the said fund by resolution of the City Council.
   (D)   The Police Fund of the said city shall consist of all moneys received from taxes levied for the current fiscal year to defray the expenses of the Police Department of the said city, and of all moneys received by the said city as fines and penalties for the violation of ordinances, and of all such other moneys as may from time to time be transferred to said fund by resolution of the City Council.
   (E)   The Fire Fund of the said city shall consist of all moneys received for taxes levied for the current fiscal year to defray the expenses of the Fire Department of the said city, and all of such other moneys as may from time to time be transferred to the said fund by resolution of the City Council.
   (F)   The Street Fund of the said city shall consist of all moneys received from taxes levied for the current fiscal year to defray the expenses of the Street Department of the said city, and of all moneys received by the said city from persons liable for the road poll taxes, and of all such other moneys as my from time to time be transferred to the said fund by resolution of the City Council.
   (G)   The Garbage Fund of the said city shall consist of all moneys received for taxes levied for the current fiscal year to provide for the removal, of garbage in said city and of all such other moneys as may from time to time be transferred to the said fund by resolution of the City Council.
   (H)   The Light Fund of the said city shall consist of all moneys received for taxes for the current fiscal year to defray the expenses of lighting the streets and public buildings of the said city.
   (I)   The Contingent Fund of the said city shall consist of all moneys received for taxes levied for the current fiscal year to provide for the contingent and miscellaneous expenses of the said city, and of all other moneys now on hand not otherwise appropriated.
   (J)   The City Council may, by resolution from time to time, transfer from one fund to another moneys in the city treasury received from licenses, fines and penalties, but moneys collected as taxes levied for specific purposes shall not be diverted from the purposes for which the same wore levied.
