§ 153.37 SCREENING AND BUFFERING.
   Whenever a non-residential use or off-street parking area abuts a residential use, the use shall be effectively screened at the property line on all sides which adjoin or face the residential district or institutional use by an acceptably designed, sight obscuring wall, fence or planting screen. The fence, wall or planting screen shall be not less than four feet nor more than six feet in height and shall be maintained in good condition. Where terrain or other natural features effectively serve as a screen, no wall, fence or planting screen is required.
