§ 33.01 FEES FOR RECORD SEARCHES.
   (A)   The City Council adopts the following list of fees that shall be implemented effective February 19, 2019, for City Court:
 
Certified copies
$0.75 per page
Civil forms self-help packet
$7.50 per case
Copy costs
$0.50 per page
Electronic reports or statistics
$10, plus copy fee per page
Fax fee
$2 for first page and $1 per page thereafter
Records check
$20 per records check
Redacted copies
$1 per page
 
   (B)   (1)   Any postage, shipping fees or retrieval from long-term storage will be assessed at actual cost and if the requestor asks for those records to be mailed or shipped to the requestor those actual costs will also be charged.
      (2)   Fees are due and payable at the time of all requests.
      (3)   All fees collected by the City Court shall be deposited in revenue source 1000-101000-351030 City Court fines and forfeitures.
