§ 32.05 ZONING COMMISSION.
   The City Planning Board is hereby appointed as the City Zoning Commission and to carry out its duties as set forth in § 153.09, specifically:
   (A)   Review proposals and make recommendations to the City Council regarding proposals for the amendment of the zoning ordinance and the official zoning map; and
   (B)   Review and approve applications for conditional use permits under the procedures set forth in § 153.11.
