§ 32.03 STUDY COMMISSION.
   (A)   Pursuant to M.C.A. § 16-5103, the city’s Local Study Commission is established.
   (B)   The Study Commission shall consist of three members to be nominated and elected as provided in M.C.A. § 16-5107.
