(A) Title. This section shall be known and may be cited as the “Employment Policy Manual Ordinance of the City of Boulder, Montana.”
(B) Compliance required. All persons applying for, maintaining employment or seeking to grieve issues of employment with the city shall comply with the policies and procedures set forth in said Manual.
(C) Incorporation herein. The provisions of the Employment Policy Manual attached to the document codified herein are incorporated in this section.
(D) Interpretation, conflict with other laws. In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this section shall be held to be requirements of applying for, maintaining employment or seeking to grieve issues of employment with the city. Whenever the requirements of this section are at variance with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rules, regulations or ordinances, the more restrictive or that imposing the higher standards shall govern.
