§ 151.06 FEES FOR EXCAVATIONS.
   The charges to be made for street and alley openings of any kind or character whatsoever shall be as follows.
   (A)   There shall be a charge of $40 for the cost of issuing the permit.
   (B)   There shall be a charge of $30 for the cost of inspection.
