§ 150.07 NUMBERING SYSTEM.
   The city does hereby authorize the City Administrator to implement a numbering system for the city’s lots, buildings and trailers located within the city and assign and require a number to be displayed on said lots, buildings and/or trailers by the owners of said property in accordance with that system.
