(A) It shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian or other person having the control or management of a boy or girl under the age of 18 years to knowingly permit such boy or girl to be in or upon any alley or street within the city limits, or in any place of business or pleasure resort in the city limits, after the hour of 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and after the hour of 12:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any boy or girl under the age of 18 years to be in or upon any alley or street within the city limits, or in any place of business or pleasure resort in the city limits, after the hour of 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and after the hour of 12:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
(C) The prohibitions of this section shall not apply to any boy or girl who is accompanied by parent or guardian or other person duly authorized to care for said boy or girl; nor shall they apply to any boy or girl who is going on or returning from some errand for his or her parent, or guardian, or such other person as may have the control and management of him or her, and who does not linger or loiter on the way.
