§ 110.11 COUNCIL MAY REVOKE.
   Any license issued by the city may be revoked by resolution passed by an affirmative vote of a majority of all the members of the Council and approved by the Mayor; or, by the Mayor and by and with the consent of a majority of all members of the Council.
