§ 110.06 EXPIRATION OF LICENSE.
   If upon the expiration of any license, the licensee therein named is still carrying on the business, occupation, trade or profession therein named, and in the further event such licensee fails within ten days thereafter to obtain another license therefor, it shall be the duty of the Administrator to forthwith notify such person thereof, and if such person shall not have obtained another license as-aforesaid within five days after the service of such notice, it shall be the duty of the City Administrator to immediately thereafter make complaint of such fact before the City Judge; and, in the case of the expiration of any license issued for one or more days, if the licensee therein named is still carrying on the business or occupation therein named and such licensee fails within 24 hours thereafter to obtain another license therefor, it shall be the duty of the Administrator to notify such person to procure another license forthwith; and if such licensee shall not have obtained another license within 12 hours after the service of such notice, it shall be the duty of the City Administrator to immediately make complaint of such fact before the City Judge.
