§ 92.08 INTERFERENCE WITH PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND WATERS.
   It is unlawful and a public nuisance for any person to knowingly create, conduct or maintain a condition which renders dangerous for passage any public highway or right-of-way or waters used by the public.
