§ 30.06 STATE CRIMINAL CODES; POLICE; JUDGES.
   The criminal laws, statutes and code of the state as existing in the Montana Codes Annotated of 1979, insofar as the same are not in conflict with the ordinances of the city, and so far as Police Courts and Police Judges have jurisdiction therein, are hereby adopted and declared to be the laws of the city, and shall have the same force and effect in all respects the same as if the same were set forth and separately passed and approved by the City Council and Mayor as prescribed by law.
