For the purpose of this chapter, the definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. All putrescible wastes except sewage and body wastes, including all meat, vegetable and fruit refuse and carcasses of dead animals and dead fowls from or on any premises within the city limits.
PREMISES. Business houses, boarding houses, rooming houses, offices, theaters, hotels, tourist camps, apartments, restaurants, cafés, bars, eating houses, hospitals, schools, public property, private residences, vacant lots or other persons within the city limits of the city.
REFUSE. All solid wastes, including garbage and rubbish.
RUBBISH. Tin cans, bottles, papers, tree limbs, grass and weed cuttings, paper boxes, small light wood or crafting materials and the like, from any premises within the city limits.
RUBBLE. Brushwood, card board boxes, discarded fence posts, old lumber and other earthern, wooden or metal refuse-like materials longer, larger and/or heavier than refuse.
