§ 30.02 TOWN CHANGED TO CITY.
   (A)   The town is advanced to a city of the third class.
   (B)   The city shall henceforth be called the “City of Boulder.”
   (C)   All officers of the city, holding office at the time of this section, shall retain their offices as “city” officers through the durations of their respective terms.
